Montessori Mom

I'd like to introduce myself. I am better known as Montessori Mom.

I have been a certified Montessori teacher for twenty-seven years. I received my training in London from Phoebe Child, a friend and student of Maria Montessori.

During my training I worked in Germany at a Montessori preschool and kindergarten. After moving back to the United States, I worked at both Montessori and traditional preschools in various cities across the US. Eventually, I founded and operated my own preschool in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this time, I developed my own Montessori curriculum that produced amazing results in all of the children I taught.

My two children were successfully home schooled under my Montessori techniques. My daughter Kari graduated with honors in math and economics from the University of Colorado at the same time her contemporaries were graduating from high school. My 16 year old son is presently attending college. My Montessori methods have produced astounding results, and they will work for your children too.
